Refund Policy

At time of delivery, ensure the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept the delivery from the courier and contact Customer Care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@antaquia.com to discuss a return. Refund or exchange of items within 10 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Sales items and special orders are a final sale. Purchases can be shipped back to us. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags intact. Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment charged by antaquia.com.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and that you are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, customs and/or handling fees regarding the return or exchange. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. Antaquia.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment.
